4. Independent Search and Research by the Client:
In order to evaluate the suitability, state, and legal issues of the properties they are thinking about buying or renting, clients are expected to perform independent searches and research. Even while we might offer clients access to tools, data, and contacts to help them with their study, it is still their duty to make sure they have carefully analyzed the properties and are happy with what they discovered.
5. Refund Policy:
UrbanPro Realty is dedicated to working with developers and property owners to find workable solutions in the case that a client initiates a refund request.
